How do I reset my password using Manage My Passwords?

Note: U.S.-based, and Canada-based employees must use Aramark Identity Manager to reset their password. All International-based employees outside of the U.S. and Canada, as well as all contractor and consultant accounts must continue to use Manage My Passwords.

  1. The first screen will ask the user to type in their ARAMARK email address and to click submit.

  2. If this is the first time the user utilizes this tool, they will be prompted to select and answer 5 security questions in order to get to the Verification Screen.

  3. On the Verification screen, the user will be prompted to choose the authentication method (at this point the user can choose password or answer personal question)

  4. If user chooses Password; it will ask them to Enter either their STAR or ARAMARK.NET password

  5. If user chooses Answer Personal Question; it will ask them to answer 3 out of the five security questions that they have previously setup

  6. Once the user has been verified they now can create a new password, confirm it and then choose what accounts they want to use that password for (place a checkmark next to the account)

  7. This will bring them to the Results Screen where they can verify if the new password was accepted

  8. Results should read Successful on all targets
